"Blade Reflections"
The Marine Building is one of Vancouver’s Heritage Building. It was opened in 1930 and was considered the tallest skyscraper during that time. The building costed $2.3 million to built but unfortunately during the Great Depression it was sold for $900,000 to the Guinness Family of Ireland. The massive old brass elevators and doors inside are all depictions of sea mammals. The hard wood floors are carved of every zodiac signs, the walls and exteriors are tinted green with Flora Fauna. Many of the popular movies were filmed here. The Marine Building is a must see if you’re in Vancouver, BC.
